Department of Consumer Affairs Dispute Settlement Service
Provides a bilingual (English and Spanish) mediation and conciliation service. The Service offers a fast, convenient and free alternative to the time consuming process of using the crowded courts to resolve disputes. The parties can still go to court if a resolution cannot be reached.

The Loyola Law School Center For Conflict Resolution
Provides mediation, conciliation and facilitation services, and conflict resolution training to the communities throughout Los Angeles County. These services are provided on a sliding scale in English, Spanish and Armenian. The Center's services are confidential.
